ENHZ SUPREME’S RETURN POLICY

If you have a problem with your item all it takes is for you to notify us and we will endeavour to deal with it immediately and respond to you with either an exchange or refund within 3 -5 working days.

The item however should remain in the same condition as purchased:

  • Not worn or badly tampered with (no stains, not washed and tags and labels still intact)
  • All items will be thoroughly checked before any action is taken for an exchange or refund.

If for any reason you must return an item, please contact us immediately within 14 days of receiving the order.

Complete and return the enclosed returns forms stating clearly your reasons for the returns.

We do not currently offer free postage on returns

Received a faulty item or order not, quite right? – In the event you have received a defective or damaged item please contact us immediately with the following: (order number, the item in question, a brief description of the problem or damage and a photographic evidence if possible)

Once we receive all the information we need within the stated timeframe on our website, we will aim to resolve the problem with 3 to 5 working days

Please note that a proof or damage or defect will be required for us to action any refunds or replacement
